06 United is pleasure to announce that the club will be produce the “06 United Membership Rewards Card” starting 2019. The goal of this project is to further encourage New York City’s retail business marketing opportunities and promote our economy; in addition to providing special discounts and rewards to our members, staffs and volunteers.

Our specified retail partners’ business directory: address, contact info, including the associated discounts and rewards will be listed on our official website. Any updates will be posted to our social media platforms and communicated by email. The retail stores will display our partnership distinctive signs for easy identification purposes.

We sincerely invite all leisure commercial retailers to join our Club’s “Membership Rewards Program” and share these great marketing opportunities. Please reach out to the club by email: rewards@06united.com for additional information.

Step 1 - Scan the QR code or access the website “www.06united.com/rewards.htm” directly to the membership discount section. Step 2 - Review the list of specified merchants participating in our club’s membership rewards program and shop at the listed retail location. Step 3 - Show the club’s membership rewards card at the cashier during checkout to receive discounts. Step 4 - Post check out, please scan the QR code at the retailer and provide purchase information required.

The Membership card is distributed solely by the 06 United, Inc. Member must accept and read the card’s terms and conditions which will be made available on our club’s website.

1. Beginning 2019, all club official members will received a 06 United Membership Rewards Card (the “Card”).

2. The Card is issued to our members and their family only, and can not be used by non-members.

3. The Card is not a credit card and used for applying discounts during checkout, the Card does not accumulate discounts or track related credit activities.

4. Discounts and rewards are provided solely by our specified retail partners.

5. All updates related to discounts and rewards are available on our website; no additional communication will be provided.

6. Discounts can not be exchanged for cash value or products.

7. Members must present the Card before checkout to receive related discounts and rewards at the cashier.

8. Annual Discount period stops on 3/31.

9. Any lost or damaged Cards will not be replaced.

10. The 06 United Inc retains the rights to distribute, stop or amend the terms and conditions of Card’s membership program at anytime.
